Address Form > Data entered on Country field shows first when viewing the Address field on the customer record.

For Countries like Japan and China, they use traditional mailing address format wherein Country is being displayed first before the address.

To further illustrate, see example below:
1. Navigate to Lists > Relationships > Customers > New.
2. On the Address tab, fill out the following fields below:
 a. Address 1= Okura Tokyo Bay 1-8
 b. Address 2= MAIHAMA.
 c. City= URAYASU-SHI.
 d. County/State/Province = Chiba.
 e. Postal Code= 279-8585
 f. Country= Japan
 
Actual Result:

Japan
279-8585
Chiba URAYASU-SHI Okura Tokyo Bay 1-8
MAIHAMA

Unlike with Country= United States, the data entered on the Country field is displayed last. See sample below:
