Cannot Reopen Line Items on a Return Authorization with an Item Group and Kit/Package Item


User closed the Return Authorization lines. User could not uncheck the Closed checkbox since it is not anymore editable.

1. User need to open the Return Authorization and click Edit.

2. On Edit mode, uncheck the Closed check box for the first line for the Item on the Item Group.

3. After step 2, uncheck all the lines on the Item components and also the End line.

Note: The Kit/Package Item may not be clickable at this point. User need to save the changes for steps 1 and 2 and re-Edit the transaction again so the check box for the Closed field will be editable for the Kit/Package Item can be updated.
