Delete Fixed Asset's Depreciation History Records in Bulk

Image

Currently, the ability to perform Mass Delete to Custom records associated with Fixed Asset records such as Depreciation History is not yet available. This is being tracked under Enhancement # 215320. Instead of deleting the Depreciation History records one by one, below steps may be considered.

1.    Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.

2.    Click on FAM - Depreciation History link.

3.    Click on Criteria tab > Standard subtab > Add the following filters:

-Transaction Type = is Depreciation

-Asset = is xx

-Asset Type = is xx

-Date = is within xx and xx

*These filters may be used depending on the goal (If Depreciation History records for specific Asset(s), Asset Type(s) or certain period needs to be deleted).

      4.  Click on Results tab > Columns subtab > Add the following fields for reference purposes:

           -Asset

           -Asset Type

5.    Edit the Search Title as desired.

6.    Hit Save & Run.

7.    On the Depreciation History Search: Results Preview page, turn on the Inline Editing function.

8.     Click on the first field row below any column header which shows the small pencil icon (Example: Date) > Press Shift key > Click on the last field row that needs to be deleted > Press Delete key.

*There will be a prompt: All selected records will be deleted. Are you sure you want to continue.

      9.  Hit OK.

  4. Nonetheless, it's workable for you to improve your terrible credit history or manufacture another great credit history by fixing your awful credit, hence restoring your credit-value. This cycle is called credit fix. Cvv dumps
