According to CyberSource, if the payment capture made from NetSuite is voided directly in CyberSource, the authorization code in the originating sales order is still valid and can still be used as long as it is not yet expired.
The cash sale in NetSuite can now be voided and the sales order can be billed again using the same authorization code.
