Remove Filters Description Included on the Email Header when Report Results are Emailed

The Filters Description included on the Email Header when report results are emailed comes from the Description field under More Options.  The information here is automatically populated from whatever additional filters are added on the report. 

To exclude this information from showing on the Email Header, user can perform these steps:

1. Click the Customize button on the report.

2. Under More Options, remove the Filters information under Description field.

3. Click Save.
