SecurePay > user receive Fatal Unknown Error

Customer processed transaction in NetSuite using SecurePay as their Payment Gateway but they received Fatal Unknown Error upon saving the transaction.


When customer registered with SecurePay, they are given two passwords, Transaction Password and Account Password. 


To successfully process SecurePay transactions, customer needs to verify that they have entered their credentials correctly.


Customer need to enter their Merchant ID and Transaction Password in their NetSuite credentials.  These credentials are different from their SecurePay user log in credentials.


Users also need to make sure that there are no special characters in their Transaction Passwords.
