Custom Role > CSV Import Transaction > CSV Response : Invalid subsidiary reference key xx

Check the Role if it has permissions to access data on the Subsidiary with internal id xx.

To resolve:

Using Administrator role:

1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.

2. Edit the role to either:

- Include the subsidiary in the Subsidiaries field.

- Set Allow-Cross-Subsidiary Record Viewing to True.

3. Save.

4. Re-import the CSV file.
