Custom Saved Search to Display All Available Customer Pricing Found on the Item Pricing subtab of a Customer Record

This is a saved search that will filter against an item record and then list all that item's available prices against all the customer records. There are instances that an item will have different prices on particular customers, and this search will give an idea on what price they use for a specific customer.

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
2. Click on the Customer link.
3. In the Criteria tab, add the following:

FILTER: Formula (Numeric)
FORMULA: case when {itempricinglevel} IS NULL then 1 else 0 end

FORMULA (NUMERIC): equal to
VALUE: 0
Set

FILTER: Formula (Numeric)
Formula: case when {itempricinglevel} <> 'Custom' then (case when {pricingitem} = {pricing.item} and {itempricinglevel} = {pricing.pricelevel} then {pricing.unitprice} end) else {itempricingunitprice} end
FORMULA (NUMERIC): not empty
Set

4. Navigate to the Results tab and click on the Remove All button.
5. Add the following:

FIELD: Pricing Item
SUMMARY TYPE: Group

FIELD: Name
SUMMARY TYPE: Group

FIELD: Item Pricing Level
SUMMARY TYPE: Group

FIELD: Formula (Currency)
SUMMARY TYPE: Group
FORMULA: case when {itempricinglevel} <> 'Custom' then (case when {pricingitem} = {pricing.item} and {itempricinglevel} = {pricing.pricelevel} then {pricing.unitprice} end) else {itempricingunitprice} end
CUSTOM LABEL: Unit Price

6. Navigate to the Available Filters tab.
7. Add the following:

FILTER: Pricing Item
SHOW IN FILTER REGION: Yes
SHOW AS MULTI-SELECT: Yes

8. Rename the search and click on the Save & Run button.
