Fixed Asset Management or Custom role/user is unable to import Fixed Asset records.


1. Login as Administrator.
2. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
3. Edit the Fixed Asset Management or Custom role.
4. Navigate to Permissions > Lists >.

5. Add the permission Custom Record Entries set the Level to Edit or Full.
6. Navigate to the Setup tab. Add the following permissions and set the appropriate Level:
Permission                              Level
Custom Record Types              Edit or Full.
Import CSV File                        Edit or Full.

7. Click Save.
