Letter Merge with NLCONTACT tag does not show the Contact Name

In order to populate the NLCONTACT tag on a customer letter merge, a contact must be set as Primary.

1. View the customer record > Contacts tab

2. Click the Update Primary button and hit Edit in the pop-up.

3. Select the Primary Contact from the Role dropdown for the main contact > Save.

Subsequent letter merges will display the Primary Contact's name.
