Unable to search item in the Select Item Number on the Print Item Labels page

The Select Item Number field is a case sensitive when searching for item in the Select Item Number field to print the item label. Perform the following to allow filtering by the name of the item regardless of the case type entered on the item record.

 

1. Navigate to Transactions > Management > Print Checks and Forms > Item Labels.
2.
Click on Customize.
3. Click on Additional Filters tab.
4. Look for Name field and indicate a check mark.

5. Save
