Number of Characters on Abstract Field on Issues

Currently, user can type in up to 256 characters to the Abstract field including spaces in Issue record.

User receives the following message: You have exceeded the lenght limit for this field. Please shorten your entry by X characters.

This is currently a limitation but an Enhancement #68557 was already filed to increase the number of characters that user can type in to the field.
