Publish a Saved Search for Customer Center roles

A. Create a New Presentation Tab

1.    Lists > Web Site > Tabs > New

2.    Select New Presentation Tab

3.    Enter a label for your tab in the Label field.

4.    Under Audience Tab, select only the Customer Center Role(s).

5.    Set Display in Website = F

6.    Click Save

B. Publishing the Saved Search

-- Make sure the search is set to Public. (Edit the Saved Search and verify if Public = T)

1.    Lists > Web Site > Published Saved Search > New

2.     Set the following:

         Title = (enter your preferred title of the search)

         Search = (on the dropdown menu, select the search that you want to publish on the Customer Center)

         Subcategory of = (select the new Presentation Tab you created on Step A)

 

3.    Under Audience Tab, select only the Customer Center Role(s).

4.    Set Display in Website = F

5.    Click Save.
