Remove Location on UPS Registration Page

The following steps result to the inability to change UPS setting to blank:

1. Navigate to Set Up > Accounting > Shipping.

2. Click UPS.

3. Change Location from Location 1 to blank.

 

 

Actual Result:

Location reverts back to "Location 1".

 

Expected Result:

To change the location to blank.

 

To solve this:


1. Navigate to Set Up > Accounting > Shipping.

2. Click UPS.

3. Take note of the information.

4. Click Delete.

5. Navigate back to Set Up > Accounting > Shipping.

6. Select blank location.

7. Enter the same details noted in #3.

8. Click Save.
