Remove or Hide the New Column in List View

The New column appears when Inline Editing functionality is enabled.

To hide this column, perform the following steps:

Note: The example below will hide the New column in Phone Call list

1. Go to Activities > Scheduling > Phone Calls
2. Look for Inline Editing and set it to OFF

Inline Editing is already disabled if the OFF label is seen in the button.

Important: Currently, the only way to hide the New column is to switch off Inline Editing. We recommend users to review their work processes before using this option.
