Resolve Warning message 'No tax agency defined for subsidiary XXX: is not linked to nexus XXX' when Expense Report is Created through the Employee Center Role

 Taxes have been properly setup but warning message is still encountered.

 

1. Open the Employee record under Lists > Employees > Employees

2. Check the assigned Subsidiary

3. Navigate to Setup > User/Roles > Manage Roles.

4. Click on the Edit button of Employee Center role assigned to the user.

5. Check if the Subsidiary assigned in the Employee record is selected in the Subsidiaries field. If not, highlight the Subsidiary also.

6. Hit Save.
