The following transaction search can be created to findtransaction records with no emails.
1. Navigate to Lists> Search > Saved Searches > New > Transactions
2. In Criteria tab> Standard subtab, add:
- Messages Fields... > Internal ID is any of '-None-'
3. Add any additional filters as needed like 'Date Created'or 'Type'.
4. Enter a name for the search in the Search Title field
5. Adjust any other options as required and Save.
