Billable Hours in the Invoice and the Time by Customer Report Do Not Match the Actual Time Tracking Entry Due to Fractional Values

If you enter a billable time of 1 hour and 15 minutes, some users are often misled to think that it will display on a saved invoice or a Time by Customer report as 1.15. When it fact it displays 1.25 instead. This is because the hours in the time entry is presented in minutes while in the invoice and standard time reports it is converted to a fractional or decimal value instead.

This is currently a limitation being addressed by Enhancement Request# 106796.
