Determine Your WorldPay's Capture Delay Status

There are mainly two ways to determine the Capture Delay setting in your WorldPay account:

If you can login to WorldPay's  Merchant Interface, you can follow the steps below:

1. Login to WorldPay's  Merchant Interface (your merchant admin user should know the login credentials here)

2. Go to Profile > Configuration Details

3. Check  Capture Delay option

If you cannot login, call WorldPay instead.

Note: NetSuite recommends that before setting up your WorldPay account in NetSuite, verify first the Capture Delay status in your WorldPay account. (See Help Topic "WorldPay Credit Card Processing Gateway FAQ")
