Create a Saved Search displaying the most recent Activity on the records

Create a Customer Saved Search with the most recent Activity

1. Navigate to Lists > Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Customer
3. Enter a Search Title (E.g. Customers Search showing most recent Activity)
4. Under the Criteria tab > Standard subtab > choose any filter (optional)
5. Under  to Results tab > Columns subtab > Field Column
6. Add the joined fields Activity fields

  • Activity: Type > Summary Type = Group
  • Activity: Date Completed > Summary Type = Maximum
  • Activity: Date Created > Summary Type = Maximum
7. Click Save & Run.
