Generate a report that list all of the fixed assets and their corresponding Net Book Value as of a given month-end date.

1. Go to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.

2. Click FAM - Depreciation History.

3. Enter a Search Title.

4. In the Criteria tab > Standard subtab, add the following filter fields:
---Date : is on 12/31/2012
---Transaction Type : is Depreciation.

5. In the Results tab, set the following fields:
---Asset : ID
---Asset : Name
---Asset : Asset Description
---Net Book Value

6. Click Preview or Save.
