Inactive Customer Status Still Appears on Estimates

When a Customer Status assigned to estimates is later on set to Inactive, the associated Estimates retain the Status until the user manually removes or changes it. The effect is progressive which means for all other Estimates and those created after the status was set to Inactive, the Status should no longer be available.

To remove the Inactive Status on multiple Estimates, user can run a CSV Import update.

By design, NetSuite does not automatically remove record information that have been set to Inactive. This behavior is not limited to Estimates and Customer Statuses only but also applies to other record types and lists which can be set to Inactive.
