Search Requirements in Order for Custom Fields to be Available in Criteria, Results, etc.

Not all custom fields are available to be used in search criteria, results or available filters.  In order for a custom field to be available it must meet at least one of the following conditions:

1. Store Value = T.
2. Source From Not Equal to Null under the Sourcing & Filtering tab.
3. Default Value Not Equal to Null under the Validation & Defaulting tab.
