The maximum number of bills that can be shown on Transactions> Purchases/Vendors> Pay Bills page is 500. It is still not possible to see all bills on one page if your have more than 500 open bills.
Also, it is still not possible to set a number of bills to be shown on a single page. This is currently logged under Enhancement 216939: Transactions>Purchases/Vendors>Pay Bills - be able to set the number of bills that would show on each page/segment.
