Avatax: Administrator role is no longer able to see the Avatax tab on any Estimate form

Use Case:

1.    Administrator has always been able to see the Avatax tab on Estimate forms.

2.    All of sudden they can no longer see it.

3.    Viewing the AVA_Transaction_Tab2 deployment for Estimates shows that Administrator is not in the Audience.

4.    User confirms they may have edited  this to add some custom  roles and possibly caused the Administrator role to be removed

To correct the problem:

1.    Navigate to Customization > Scripting > Scripts.

2.    Click view for AVA_TransactionTab_2

• Under Deployments tab click on Estimate (or Quotations if renamed)

• This places you on Script Deployment for this Script

• Click Edit and proceed to add back the Administrator role under the Audience tab

• Click Save

3.    To confirm changes have taken effect proceed to loading an Estimate form and confirm the Avatax tab has returned
