Time Entry Exception Report does not Display Name of Employee even if a Work Calendar is Associated

Time Entry Exceptions report is generated to show missing time entries.  Missing time entries are those time entries that were not entered based on the planned time set on the project task.  Time Entry Exception report by default only shows project resources. To ensure that Employee's name show in the report the following criteria should be met:

1. Employee is assigned with a work calendar ( Employee Record > Human Resources tab > Calendar=Default Work Calendar)

2. Employee is flagged as Project Resource.
