Create a Saved Search to list down Customers who successfully received campaign emails sent to them

To identify the campaign recipients without  Bounce Response

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Select Customer
3. On the Criteria Tab > Add filters:

  • Campaign Response Fields: Internal ID
  • Campaign Response Fields: Response Detail is none of = Failed Delivery Failure, Failed Invalid Address, Failed - Miscellaneous Delivery Failure, Failed Other, Failed Spam

4. On the Results Tab > add fields:

  • Campaign Response Fields: Response Detail
  • Campaign Response Fields: Response

5. The Saved Search displays the recipients who received the campaign successfully.
