Enter multiple Zip codes as Criteria filter on Saved Searches

It is still an Enhancement to add multiple ZIP codes per string as Criteria of a Saved Search (e.g. ZIP code = Contains: 90210, 10001, 33133).

As an alternate solution, a user needs to utilize the Use Expression feature to be able to enter ZIP code multiples time as criteria per string / line.

1. Navigate to to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Click Contact as Search Type.
3. On the Criteria tab > mark Use Expressions checkbox.
4. On the Standard sub tab > Filter column, select ZIP field and then select Contains then enter the code
on the box then click Set button.
5. Repeat step number 4 to add multiple ZIP code filters.
6. Select OR under Add/Or column for each ZIP code filters except for the last ZIP code string. The Filters
should look like this:
  • Zip = Contains 90210 OR
  • Zip = Contains 10001 OR
  • Zip = Contains 33133

7. Click Save and Run.

  • This should pull up all Contacts under the ZIP codes entered.
  • Enhancement 133067  Requesting the ability to add multiple ZIP codes per string on the criteria tab. (e.g. Zip code = Contains 10001, 10002, 10003)
