Case Search > Created By and Last Modified By

To pull up the Created By and Last Modified By on a Case Search Results, SQL is required. Please see steps below:

1. Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Click on Case.
3. Set Criteria to narrow down results (optional).
4. See Results set up below:

Formulas:
max(to_char(substr({systemnotes.name},1,4000)))keep(dense_rank first order by{systemnotes.date})

min(to_char(substr({systemnotes.name},1,4000)))keep(dense_rank first order by{systemnotes.date})
 
5. Enter a Search Title. 
6. Click on Save & Run.
