CyberSource Credit Card Processing > Error: Unspecified CyberSource error. This could indicate a problem with your current security key

User needs to do the following after updating the CyberSoucre Security Key File:

1. Clear cache - visit http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache to know how to clear browser cache.
2. Log out.
3. Close browser. 
4. Open a new browser.
5. Log in again. 

The new Security file should be recognized after doing the steps above.
