Partner Field in Customer Record is Blank even the Customer Has Multiple Partners

When the Multi-Partner Management Feature is enabled in the NetSuite Account, it allows user to set multiple Partners in the Customer record. Similar with the Team Selling feature, the Partner field is blank if there is no Primary Partner set in the Partners subtab.

To resolve this, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Lists > Relationships > Customers
2. Click Edit for the specific Customer record.
3. Navigate to Relationships tab > Partners subtab.
4. In the Partner field, check the Primary box > Click OK.
5. Click Save.

After saving, the Partner field shows the Partner selected as Primary.
