The problem is happening on an account with over 1000 users. User is creating a case saved search and noticed that the field set in the Available Filters tab (Assigned To), does not show all users. The Assigned To dropdown shows the following:
- All
- Unassigned
- Mine
- My Team
- Mine and Unassigned
- My Team and Unassigned
The Assigned To dropdown is limited to about 1000 records.
To make all Support Rep's name show up in the footer, use User Employee : Name/ID instead of Assigned To in the Available Filters tab of the search.
