Reports > Inventory/Items > Inventory Valuation is not showing any changes in total amount (Picked and Packed vs. Shipped)

1. Customer has a graph in his dashboard that shows Total Inventory Value in months, then he clicked on the month and showed it to me by days.

2. He noticed that within the last 4-5 days there was no changes when he knew that he sold items everyday.

3. He also went to Reports > Inventory Items > Inventory Valuation Report to check if there were changed in the inventory value, he changed the date so as to compare inventory value daily. He said within the last 4-5 days there were no changes in the total inventory value.

Since the customer is insisting that there were sales and that the total inventory should change because of this, we went to his list of Item Fulfillments. We went to Transactions > Sales > Fulfill Sales Orders > List. We clicked on each item fulfillment that was entered within the last 5 days. We noticed that all of them has a status of PACKED. Told the customer that since the item fulfillments are still in PACKED status, then it will not affect the inventory value. He will have to mark all of the item fulfillments as SHIPPED for it to have an effect in inventory.
