Taxes section to be available on the Accounting Preferences page

Additional section for taxes can be found under Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences > General subtab for NetSuite International Edition. The preference is used to enter the names of the tax fields like Tax Rate, Tax Amount and Tax Reg. Number as they would appear on forms and in columns on search results, lists, and reports. The additional preference acts the same way as the Field Naming tab found under Setup > Accounting > Set Up Taxes for the other NetSuite Editions.
