A user is unable to find Project mass update under Lists > Mass Updates > Mass Update > General Updates even with the following permissions:
- Mass Update = View
- Project = Edit
- Customer = Edit
To run a project mass update, the role must have Full access level to Customer permission. To edit a role, see Customizing or Creating NetSuite Roles.
