Concurrent Access to Multiple NetSuite Instances using the same Email Login getting Logged Off

1. A user (employee) has been assigned login to several  NetSuite accounts.
2. The said user is maintaining the same email login for all of the accounts and wants to access them concurrently/at the same time.
3. There are instances when the user is  logged off and instances that allow him to browse without getting logged off.
4. If a user maintains a single email address and yet have access to several NetSuite instances with different roles, regardless if you use different browsers at the same time, it will not allow to  work on both accounts at the same time.
5. If you have 2 same browsers at the same time tendency is that the other window will also shift to the other role/instance as you changed the other -- meaning, any step taken will affect each other which will result to whatever is the last role you selected as your access and so you cannot login concurrently.

Steps to Reproduce:
5.1. Login Account 1 through IE as Administrator.
5.2. Login Account 2 through Firefox as Support Person.
Result:
Browsing through Account 1 (using IE) would change the environment to Account 2 and instead of Administrator, the role will change to Support Person.

6.If you have 2 different browsers are the same time, the previous one will timeout or will be logged out.

Steps to Reproduce:
6.1. Login Account 1 through IE as Administrator.
6.2. 5.2. Login Account 2 through IE  as Support Person.
Result:
Browsing through Account 1 (using IE) would timeout and logged off.
