Projected Total for Opportunity CSV Import

When importing opportunities, the CSV must always include a value for the mandatory field Projected Total. Although Answer 9995 - Opportunity Import explains how Projected Total is computed in several import scenarios, the CSV file must still have a value to proceed with the import (user may set the value to 0.00). Once the import is complete, the Projected Total field will auto-compute according Advanced Forecasting and Opportunities' Projected Total Values.
